- Run by the Graduate School of Political Management of the George
Washington University, Washington D.C. to promote online politics. Provides

Center for National Policy (CNP) - A non-profit, non-partisan public
policy organization's website that tracks federal spending and lists how much
federal money is being spent in each Congressional district. Currently
information is posted on federal spending in Illinois, Michigan and Ohio. There
are demographic profiles, maps showing geographic context and data on urban vs.
rural land use.
