Over the Rhine Housing Network assists in revializing the Over-the-Rhine neighborhood. To develop decent, safe housing for residents.

OTR, Inc. was founded in 1981 in order to coordinate the affordable housing efforts in the neighborhood. It organized as a 501(C)(3) non-profit housing development corporation in 1988 for the purpose of developing affordable housing units.
